    Order Processing & Cancellation

    Every order at BUZZTREND undergoes thorough quality inspection before dispatch. As we specialize in handcrafted jewelry with intricate detailing, order processing typically takes 3-5 business days (extended to 5-7 business days during peak seasons). Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, your order enters our production queue and cannot be canceled, though our generous return policy provides ample flexibility.


    Returns & Exchanges

    We take pride in our artisanal jewelry craftsmanship. You may return unworn items with original protective packaging within 18 days of delivery (exceeding standard industry timelines). For exchanges, we allow 25 days to accommodate international shipping delays common with precious metal shipments. Initiate returns through www.buzztrend.shop and select your preferred resolution. Please note: Personalized/customized jewelry and clearance items marked "Final Sale" are excluded from returns.


    Return Conditions

    To maintain our luxury standards, returns must: (1) Show no signs of wear, perfume, or cosmetic contact (2) Include all original packaging including BUZZTREND velvet pouches and authenticity cards (3) Have intact protective seals. Our quality team conducts meticulous inspections upon receipt. Items failing inspection will be returned to you within 12 business days with a detailed condition report and photographic evidence.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds are processed within 10-12 business days after we receive your return—this extended timeframe ensures proper evaluation of precious stones and metals. The refund amount excludes original shipping fees and any return shipping charges. For credit card/PayPal payments, allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to reflect in your account.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from our error (incorrect/defective item). We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods—BUZZTREND cannot be held liable for lost return shipments. For exchanges exceeding $500 in value, we provide complimentary FedEx return labels (deducted from your refund if unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report quality concerns within 5 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photographs/videos. For verified defects, we'll arrange free return shipping and either expedite a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception to our standard policy reflects our commitment to jewelry excellence.


    Special Circumstances

    Engagement rings and made-to-order jewelry are final sale. For holiday purchases (November 20 - December 31), the return window extends to January 20. BUZZTREND reserves the right to refuse returns from customers demonstrating excessive return patterns (>35% of orders) or suspected fraudulent activity.
